GUIDE DOGS CYMRU

Guide Dogs Cymru is based in Cardiff, with a smaller operational office in Colwyn Bay. It offers a range of personalised mobility solutions to people with sight loss throughout Wales, and works to break down barriers to ensure blind and partially sighted people can get out and about on their own terms. Services include training guide dogs and providing ongoing support for their owners; supporting and advising on access refusals, where guide dog owners are refused entry or discriminated against; top-up training; teaching orientation skills; advice on dog welfare; and supporting owners whose guide dogs have been attacked. We also train volunteers as sighted guides as an alternative solution for people who wish to get out and about.


QUANTUM ADVISORY

Set up in early 2000, Quantum Advisory (Quantum) is the trading name of Quantum Actuarial LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership. Quantum is an independent financial services consultancy that provides solution based pension and employee benefit services to employers, scheme trustees and members of corporate pension arrangements. Whilst the schemes and companies that we look after are based in the UK, several have overseas parents.

THE MALTINGS

The Maltings was established more than 30 years ago and is set within an iconic Grade II listed building. Over the last year we have undergone an extensive £3m refurbishment programme of our East Tyndall Street headquarters.  This has created a wide range of facility enhancements  to create a unique office environment available to new and existing tenants.
